White Pizza with Arugula Salad
Cook 1 frozen white pizza, (ex. California Pizza Kitchen Thin Crust White) to directions on the box
In a medium bowl add ½ bunch of arugula (or salad greens if you did not buy arugula), 1 tomato sliced, thin cut onion (to taste) and ¼ the log of feta or goat cheese (depending on what you bought) and crumble.
Top with vinaigrette that you have available
When pizza is finished, serve cold salad on hot pizza and season with Salt and Pepper.
(I would save half of the pizza immediately for leftovers and make the same salad the next time I reheated the pizza)
