Pan Seared Salmon with Almond Asparagus

Heat skillet over medium heat with 1T oil

Season (1) 7-8 salmon filet with salt and pepper

Cook salmon in skillet for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness

Trim handful of green beans at each end, then cut in half

In second pan add 1 inch of water and heat on high to allow water to steam

Add green beans to pan, cover, and cook until tender 3-5 minutes

Remove and drain beans

In the same pan add 1T oil and heat to medium temperature

Add 2oz sliced almonds continue to stir and brown (be careful not to burn the almonds)

Add capers at the last minute

Spoon over green beans
