Cheese Ravioli with Wilted Spinach and Garlic

1 serving Frozen or Fresh Ravioli

Salt

1T Butter

1-2 clove garlic

2 large handfuls fresh spinach

Parmesan Cheese

 

Bring water to a boil in medium to large pot, add a generous amount of salt to the water

Chop 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic

In a sauté pan under medium heat melt 1 Tablespoon of butter and add the chopped garlic, be careful not to burn the garlic

Add ravioli to boiling water and cook to package directions

When there is about 3-4 minutes left on ravioli add spinach to sauté pan, salt and pepper to taste

Remove ravioli and drain when al dente

Mix ravioli in sauté pan to incorporate the flavors

Serve with parmesan cheese
