Grocery List – Week 4
Okay so the weather here in Dallas the last few days has official given me the itch for spring, and with that in mind I thought I would share some of my favorite lighter spring recipes. That being said here is an idea of what is ahead: Chickpea and Leek Soup (2 servings), Fettuccinni with Mixed Mushrooms, Roasted Tomato and Shrimp (1 meal and leftovers), Grilled Chicken with Pesto Goat Cheese Potatoes (1 meal), then a Seared Sirloin with the same Pesto Goat Cheese Potatoes (1 meal).

Grocery List Week 4
Produce
2 medium yellow onions – essential
1 head of garlic – essentials
1 small bunch of leeks
1 package of mixed mushrooms (or buy a few different types from bulk)
1 package cherry tomatoes
1 medium bag of salad greens
1 small bag of red potatoes
1 punch parsley
2 apples
2 grapefruit
Meat
1lb chicken breast
8-9 oz sirloin
½ lb of shrimp (raw)
sandwich meat
Dairy
1 small log goat cheese
small container parmesan cheese (if needed)
milk (if needed) – essential
yogurt (if needed) – essential
Dry
1 lb bag of pasta (linguine or fettuccini)
1 bag of sandwich bread
Misc
1 can chickpeas
1 small jar pesto (if needed)
1 pint chicken stock – essential
Olive oil (if needed) – essential
