Grocery List – Week 3

I hope that everyone has had a nice week so far, I have been enjoying the spark of spring here in Dallas and watching the chilly weather in Vancouver.  This week I hope that everyone will enjoy the taste offerings for this comng week which will include: Baked Ravioli (1 meal and leftovers), Grilled Chicken Breast and Mashed Sweet Potato (1 meal and leftovers), Seared Pork Loin with Grilled Vegetables (1 meal), and Classic Hamburgers (1 meal and leftovers).

If the list seems to be lacking in breakfast and lunch, please add as you see fit.

Grocery List Week 3
Produce
2 medium yellow onions – essential
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
3-4 roma tomatoes
1 bunch green leaf lettuce (or salad greens)
1 small bag of red potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 punch parsley
1 cantaloupe  (or other melon of preference)
1 pint berries
Meat
1lb chicken breast
10-12oz ground beef
1 pork tenderloin (if 1 piece is too large, have the butcher trim to desired size)
sandwich meat (if needed)
Dairy
milk (if needed) – essential
yogurt (if needed) – essential
butter (if needed) – essential
Dry
1 C rice (bulk or pre-packaged)
1 small bag of medium size rolls (freeze to use individually as needed)
small container parmesan cheese (I buy shredded in the deli area)Misc
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
1 small jar pesto
1 pint chicken stock – essential
1 can chopped tomato (if needed) – essential
salad dressing (if needed) – essential
